Refund policy

At ZYRAAH, we want you to love your jewelry. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video for quick resolution.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
