Returns & Refunds

At ZYRAAH, we want you to love your jewelry. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you may request a return within 2 days of delivery.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect products received.

PROCESS:
To process a return, please follow these simple steps:
1) Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following:
Kausha
1/32, Survey #133, Behind Gurudwara, 
Walhekarwadi, Akurdi, 
Chinchwad, Pune 411033
2) Please be sure that all items that are to be returned, must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
3) WhatsApp us on +91-8446036415 OR email us on Support@Zyraahofficial.com with images and/or videos of the products with packaging and tags. 
4) Once we review and approve your return, we will schedule a return pick up. Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days.
5) Once the item is picked up, we will credit the amount of that item into your account. Please note that Shipping amount is non-refundable.

REFUNDS:
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
